Parental Alienation is gender-neutral and effects both Mothers and Fathers, as well as Step-Parents, Siblings, Grandparents, Aunts and Uncles, and anyone who loves a child who is being turned against them. Sadly, the consequences of Parental Alienation are undeniably the most detrimental to the Child/ren who are the pawns of the Alienator.
We are not professionals, but rather ordinary individuals who have experienced, and still are experiencing, the effects of divorce and Parental Alienation. The purpose of this group is to provide a haven for discussion and to offer each other solace and encouragement, recommendations from our own own experiences, and resources. Despite where we are on our journey through life, and however we are experiencing Parental Alienation let us gather together in order grow and heal and come to a deeper understanding of our situation in a positive manner.
This month's topic: Discussion of Dr. Amy Baker's e-book Beyond the High Road: Responding to 17 Parental Alienation Strategies without Compromising Your Morals or Harming Your Child by Amy J.L. Baker, Ph.D. And Paul R. Fine, LCSW
