The Progressive Insurance Atlantic City Boat Show will be making waves – and giving boaters, sailors, fisherman and families dreams of warm weather bliss. Visitors can climb aboard hundreds of boats for every budget and lifestyle, including luxury motor and sailing yachts, sport fishers, performance boats, and personal watercraft, plus shop deals on the newest boating accessories and electronics.
In addition to shopping for that dream boat, visitors of all ages can escape the chill of winter with five days of summer fun, enjoying a variety of interactive activities and educational seminars. Experienced boaters who like to get their hands dirty will learn the tricks of the trade through demonstrations, hands-on clinics, and free boating advice in the new Fred’s Shed. Other special show features include SAILFEST, a dedicated area with sailboats and accessories; the DEMA Be a Diver Pool, where visitors can submerge themselves into the fun and excitement of Scuba diving in a tropically warm pool; the Powerboat Docking Challenge; and a special appearance by Abby Sunderland, who set sail in an attempt to become the youngest solo sailor to circumnavigate the globe.
