Women’s Health/Parent Education at Saint Barnabas offers a free, six-week support group that is led by a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in post partum adjustment. Topics include transitioning to parenthood, mood changes, baby blues vs. postpartum depression and myths of motherhood.
