Log Miles to Fight Heart Disease
Walk or run on one of the JCC’s dedicated “Red Day
Treadmills” and log your miles to help us donate to the cause. Sign up at the JCC Fitness Desk.
Donate a Heart to the JCC Red Wall
Support friends and family who suffer from heart disease. Stop by the Steiner Court Reception Desk to donate hearts to our Red Day Wall.

Dr. Peter Pasley (Internal Medicine) will answer your
heart health questions. Blood pressure
screenings also available.
11:00am-12:00pm: Deanna Schweighardt
(Registered Dietitian)
will answer questions related to eating heart healthy foods.
All Day:
Pick up heart healthy information and registration cards for the Complimentary Women’s Cardiac Risk Assessment.
