Temple Sharey Tefilo-Israel invites members and non-members of its congregation to an evening of live music, delicious food and cocktails, on March 3rd from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m. The Temple’s historic mansion house, located at 432 Scotland Road in South Orange, will be transformed into the Montrose Mansion Blues Bar, with the band Big in China performing rock and blues for a night of relaxation and fun.
Headed up by journalist and well-traveled musician Alan Paul, Big in China has the distinction of having been named 2008 Beijing Band of the Year, just one of its many accolades. The cost of the evening per person is $75. Checks can be mailed to the Temple, with names of all attendees included. Payment can also be made on the Temple’s website www.tsti.org.
