Flu Shots

For People aged 18 and over. Pregnant women are asked to bring a physician note authorizing the vaccination.
This vaccine contains the H1N1, H3N2 and type B forms of flu vaccine. The vaccine contains thimerosal as a preservative. People who have had an allergic reaction to prior flu vaccinations must consult with their physician. People who are allergic to eggs and egg protein can not receive this vaccine.
Fee $20.00. Medicare part B will be accepted as payment. Please bring your Medicare card.
