Spiritual Drumming and Meditation for Men

Through the media of drumming and chanting (no special musical skills necessary) and utilizing Jewish sources, this course will explore issues of mindfulness: which is about being “present” with ourselves and our own inner experiences. “Mindfulness” or focused awareness, supports emotional regulation, reduces stress and anxiety, helps focus the mind to help you become the person you want to be and reduces negative behaviors and emotions.
