Join Darmone Holland, Spiritual Life Coach, Certified Homeopathic practitioner and Massage Therapist, as she leads a workshop on the function of the 7 chakras.
You will discover the locations of each chakra, exercises that stimulate and strengthen each one, health issues that may manifest when they are out of balance, and learn techniques that you can utilize on your own to bring them back into balance. You will be introduced to certain gemstones, herbs and oils that may assist you in the healing process.
This is an introduction to participants desiring to further explore a more in depth study of each chakra through a series of individual workshops. $45
