HealthyLIFE, the pediatric weight management program at Saint Barnabas, presents this fun and educational one-time seminar -- perfect for kids and teens who tend to put on weight more easily than others do. It will teach many basics of healthy weight management, including nutrition information, behavioral skills, and the importance of enjoyable exercise. It is the most affordable educational option available through HealthyLIFE and a great place for families place to start. The fee for this seminar is $100 per family.
