Please join us for the first event in this semester’s Irish Studies Discussion Series, sponsored by Pirates of Irish Persuasion & Extraction (Seton Hall University's Irish cultural society)!
Learn about the role that Irish-American heritage played in the life and political career of Richard J. Hughes, NJ’s Governor from 1962-1970 and NJ’s Chief Justice from 1973-1979.
We are most fortunate that Prof. John B. Wefing of Seton Hall University School of Law, author of The Life and Times of Richard J. Hughes: The Politics of Civility, will be the evening’s guest speaker.
The event will take place at 7:30pm on Wednesday, February 9 in the Beck Rooms, lower level of Walsh Library.
