The Walk-a-thon to help feed hungry children!
Meet at Washington Park, Newark, New Jersey at 12:00 noon. After a brief rally, we will walk south down Broad Street to 50 Walnut Street. We will return on Broad Street to Washington Park. Elect a captain and gather your co-workers, church members, family and friends. For details, pledge envelopes or to volunteer call 973-266-7941.
You will be helping 22 emergency food pantries to provide hundreds of meals to needy children and families in Essex County during the summer months when supplies are at their lowest.
