Slow Food Northern NJ Spring Wine & Cheese Tasting

Join Slow Food Northern NJ for a tasting of American wines and artisan cheeses at beautiful Van Vleck House, while the wisteria is in bloom, to benefit our school garden program.  Learn about wine and cheese pairing from the experts:  Daniel Epstein, cheese monger at Eden Gourmet; and Steve Lieder, wine educator from Chelsea Wine Vault in NYC.  Pre-registration required.  Must be 21 years of age.   $35.00 Slow Food members; $40.00 non-members.  No walk-ins.
