The West Essex YMCA is offering free youth sports classes plus adult fitness classes during the week of June 20th to 24th.
Our week sports and fitness programs will run June 20th to June 23rd, from 3:00-5:00pm each day. Then on Friday the 24th we are offering a free sit down with a trainer for anyone age 13 and up. This is a FREE event!
YMCA membership is not necessary and you may participate multiple days. There are no make-ups or class substitutions.
