Attorney Kenneth Wallach will be speaking to the group about their rights as employees, and the types of severance to which they may be entitled. Ken is both an employment lawyer and professional mediator for employment-related disputes. Bring all your employment- & unemployment-benefits-claims, and discrimination, and compliance, and ethics, etc., legal issues, for the question & answer period. Kenneth A. Wallach, Esq.
Ken received his law degree, cum laude, from The George Washington University National Law Center. Ken then served as Law Clerk to The Honorable Marvin Jones of the United States Claims Court in Washington, D.C. Thereafter, he joined The Bendix Corporation/Allied-Signal Inc. (now Honeywell International, Inc.), serving as Assistant General Counsel. He then joined the law firm of Deutch & Associates. Since 2010, Ken has maintained a private law practice in Livingston, New Jersey.
He is admitted to the bars of New Jersey, Virginia and District of Columbia and is a member of the New Jersey, Essex County and American Bar Associations. Ken is also a member of the New Jersey Association of Professional Mediators and is a New Jersey Superior Court approved Mediator.
