Experience Hebrew chant and mindfulness meditation. The type of meditation we practice uses simple melodies, breath and awareness exercises that relax the mind, open the heart and bring our attention to the present moment. In the silence after a chant, many people experience a sustained sense of inner calm for the first time. The beginning of the group will always be guided, and no previous meditation or chanting experience is necessary. For more information contact Beth Sandweiss at bethsandweiss@verizon.net
